Founder John Marz has over five years of experience installing and servicing network infrastructure systems in hotels and commercial properties. This work included Ethernet and coaxial cabling, rack installations, network closet builds, and troubleshooting IP-based systems.

Projects ranged from multi-day infrastructure installations to long-distance service calls supporting operational network systems.
